Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how FlowNode, a product operated by Bring2Life Creative Counselling (“Bring2Life,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), handles information when you use the FlowNode desktop application and related services.

Information we collect

We collect information that is necessary to provide FlowNode, including:

• Account information: your name, email address, profile identifier, and sign-in provider.
• Google authorization data: access and refresh tokens provided after you authorize FlowNode, plus the email address of the connected Google account.
• Content you provide: contacts, tags, campaign membership, email designs and text, attachments, schedules, sender settings, and organization information.
• Delivery information: message status, delivery errors, unsubscribe status, and—when enabled—open and link-click events.
• Basic technical information: operational logs needed to secure, troubleshoot, and maintain the service.

How we use information

We use information only to authenticate you, save and synchronize your work, send email you direct FlowNode to send, run scheduled delivery queues, personalize messages using your saved contact fields, provide campaign results, prevent abuse, and maintain the security and reliability of FlowNode.

Google user data

FlowNode requests the Google OAuth scope that permits it to send email on your behalf. FlowNode uses this permission only to send previews, scheduled messages, DropNodes, and live FlowNodes that you create or approve.

• FlowNode does not request permission to read your Gmail inbox.
• FlowNode does not read, download, or analyze existing Gmail messages.
• FlowNode does not use Google user data for advertising.
• FlowNode does not sell Google user data.

FlowNode’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

When information is shared

We share information only as needed to operate FlowNode: with Google to perform the email sends you request; with infrastructure and database providers that host and secure the service; when required by law; or when necessary to protect users, Bring2Life, or the public. Service providers may process information only to provide their contracted services. We do not sell personal information.

Storage and security

FlowNode uses access controls and encryption appropriate to the information it handles. Provider credentials saved for background scheduling are encrypted at rest. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so you should protect your account and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Retention and deletion

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide FlowNode, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. You may request deletion of your FlowNode account and associated stored data by contacting us. Some limited records may remain where legally required or in time-limited backups.

Your choices and Google access

You can disconnect FlowNode from Google at any time from your Google Account’s third-party connections page. Revoking Google access stops future Gmail API access but does not automatically delete information already stored in FlowNode. To request access, correction, or deletion of stored information, contact us.
