Terms of Service
Last updated: August 23, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of FlowNode, a product operated by Bring2Life Creative Counselling (“Bring2Life,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using FlowNode, you agree to these Terms.
Using FlowNode
FlowNode is a desktop email campaign tool that helps users organize contacts, design messages, create visual delivery flows, schedule sending, and review campaign activity. You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure.
Your sending account
When you connect Google, you authorize FlowNode to send email from the Google account you select. You remain responsible for every message, contact, attachment, schedule, and recipient submitted through your account. You may revoke Google access at any time.
Consent and lawful email
You may send email only to recipients for whom you have a lawful basis and appropriate consent. You are responsible for complying with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), privacy laws, and any other rules that apply to you and your recipients. Commercial messages must accurately identify the sender, include required contact information, and provide a working unsubscribe method.
Acceptable use
You must not use FlowNode to send spam, phishing, malware, deceptive content, unlawful material, harassment, or messages that infringe another person’s rights. You must not attempt to bypass provider limits, security controls, unsubscribe requests, or FlowNode’s safety limits; interfere with the service; access another user’s account; or use the service in a way that harms FlowNode, Google, recipients, or third parties.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you place in FlowNode. You grant us a limited permission to host, process, format, and transmit that content only as necessary to provide and secure the service. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions required to use the content and contact data you provide.
Third-party services
FlowNode depends on services such as Google and hosting providers. Their own terms, availability, limits, and policies also apply. We are not responsible for a third-party service’s outage, account restriction, delivery decision, or policy change.
Availability and changes
FlowNode may change as it develops. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features; apply sending limits; or block activity needed to protect users, deliverability, security, or legal compliance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or delivery to every recipient.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe an account violates these Terms, creates security or legal risk, or harms service reliability. You may stop using FlowNode and request account deletion at any time.
Disclaimers and liability
FlowNode is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee campaign performance, deliverability, revenue, or uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, Bring2Life will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of FlowNode.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Saskatchewan and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Contact and changes
Questions can be sent to nullgurl@proton.me. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the “Last updated” date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
